Admin E-mail Accounts for On-line Services – most on-line services today require an e-mail address to be accessible and legitimate for you to sign-up for countless amount of services or products purchased on-line. I find to often that people use their personal e-mail address which are loaded with spam and junk that could easily mistake legitimate e-mail for the latter or they use a paid account address that they may not have for an extended period of time. In my humble opinion use a yahoo, hotmail or gmail account. Something free. Not going anywhere unless you cancel it. Not switch jobs, cancel a service or move off a home provider like Verizon or Cablevision and subsequently loose the email address you have tied into all of your on-line services. This causes a great deal of work (and stress) to get your accounts functioning properly as most services value that e-mail address over your name, phone number or mailing address. This also allows you to setup your Facebook, twitter, digg, and countless other sites under one account so you can manage them directly and all in one spot. This account should be separate from every other account. Use it for this purposes and this purpose alone and you will find that it will not have lots of spam or junk mail and a little less of a headache the next time you cancel your AOL account but forgot to change all of your on-line services to the new Verizon fios account because it’s free (until you cancel fios for something else). – Ralph S Gould
